At the 2012 contest, international competitors ranged in size from 39 to 149 members, with an average of 73 on stage. 41 Metro Nashville Chorus members competed in Denver on November 1st. The chorus finished in 12^th place, earning the 2013 Harmony Achievement medal, which was established in 1991 to recognize the highest scoring smaller chorus in Sweet Adelines International Competition.
